To produce artichokes in oil, after having washed and cleaned the product, the artichokes are placed in water and lemon to prevent them from blackening.
Ingredients: Organic artichokes, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic apple cider vinegar, organic garlic and salt.
Shelf-Life: Preferably within 36 months.
Allergens: Absent.
Production Techniques: High quality artisanal product obtained from freshly picked artichokes. After being carefully washed and cleaned, the artichokes are placed in water and lemon to prevent them from blackening and blanched in water, vinegar and salt. They are seasoned with garlic and covered with extra virgin olive oil. The product is pasteurized, ensuring the preservation of the product.
Pairings: Artichokes in oil can be eaten as a quick appetizer, or become the absolute protagonist on toasted bread or roasted in winter on bruschetta; it can also accompany excellent meat second courses.
Handling and Storage: Store the product away from sources of light and heat, in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of tipping. If the package is not intact, send it to the disposal site. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C.
Packing Materials: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food grade rubber membrane that ensures the watertightness of the package and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable.
Nutritional Values: Low sugar product, no added nitrites or nitrates, no preservatives, no GMOs. Nutritional values are per 100g of product.
