This full-bodied red wine presents itself with a very intense color with violet reflections that immediately catches the eye. On the nose, it offers a broad and complex aroma, while on the palate, it stands out for its intensely fruity flavor with hints of cherry, berries, black cherry, and plum, with evident spicy notes. It pairs perfectly with roasted dishes, aged cheeses, and game. To fully appreciate its qualities, it is recommended to decant it one hour before serving.

The protected geographical indication, known by the acronym IGP, represents one of the quality classifications for agri-food products in Italy. This designation indicates products that are closely linked to a specific geographical area, where at least one of the stages of production, transformation, or processing takes place. The IGP is important because it ensures that the product has a quality, reputation, or other characteristics attributable to its geographical origin, offering a superior level of quality.
