For the production of Quince Jam, fresh quinces are used. The quinces are cut into small pieces, and to prevent them from oxidizing they are mixed with lemon juice. They are then cooked with sugar and cooked over a very low flame.
Ingredients: Organic quinces, organic lemons and organic cane sugar.
Shelf-Life: 36 months.

Production Techniques: High quality artisanal product, obtained from freshly picked quinces. After being cut into pieces, the quinces are soaked in lemon juice, mixed with sugar and cooked over a low flame. The pulp is blended. The jam is bottled and pasteurized, ensuring the preservation of the product.
Pairings: It goes very well with both sweet and savoury dishes, with strong cheeses, with white meats or for the preparation and filling of desserts.
Handling and Storage: Store the product away from light and heat in hygienic environments at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid tipping the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of tipping. If the package is not intact, send it to the disposal site. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C.
Packing Materials: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food grade rubber membrane that ensures the watertightness of the package and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable.
Nutritional Values: Low sugar product, no added nitrites or nitrates, no preservatives, no GMOs. Nutritional values are per 100g of product.
