We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain countries or regions where delivery is not available. If your destination is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping carrier Orders are shipped through Mailboxes Etc., which selects the most suitable carrier for each shipment based on the destination and package characteristics. We are therefore unable to guarantee a specific carrier in advance.

Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the carrier selected for your shipment. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of dispatch. Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Free shipping is not currently available.

Order tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.
